It is important that we acknowledge as often as possible the immense, vital support that Enel Green Power and the Economic Development & Planning Board of Mt. Pulaski (EDPB) have offered us from the beginning.

Enel operates the HillTopper Wind Farm in Mt. Pulaski and have committed to supporting local economic development for years, working closely with the EDPB to direct funds toward promising projects. EDPB has also recently instituted a local sales tax, the gains from which go directly back into their economic development work. These two entities partnered to pay for our entire initial planning process, without which this project simply would not have come to fruition, and they have committed to continuing to support us going forward.

We are immensely grateful for their trust in us and have every intention of making this a driver of economic growth, healthy eating, and community resilience here in Central Illinois.
